Terms of Image Usage
By copying or making any use of the image below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the Image Usage Agreement stated below administering your use of the image. If you do not accept the agreement’s terms and conditions do not copy or use the image in any way.
Usage Agreement
According to the terms of this agreement, you may solely use the image in whole and only for editorial usage, in marketing collateral such as advertising, brochures, book-covers, stock photos by press and/or marketing. This right of use is solely personal to you and is not transferable to third parties by you. You may not alter or modify the image in whole or parts for any reason.
DTM is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the image. You are not allowed to delete, alter or veil any copyrights or legal notes related to the image.
The image is provided by DTM on an 'as is' basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not DTM, are responsible for the way in which the image is used. Any misuse of the image or infringement of this agreement will cause DTM irreparable damage. DTM is either an owner or licensee of the image, not a representative of the owner.
